1. Contact us via post, telephone, fax or email with details of your requirements,
2. If required we will make an appointment with you to come and do a site visit, during the site visit we will carry out a full survey of the direct area for the required item, considerations will be made for access to the property and we will also discuss further your requirements.
3. On return to our offices we will provide you with a full quotation for your requirements, any potential alternatives such as more suitable materials, a separate design or cost option will be considered, and if required a detail drawing showing the quoted design will be included.
4. Once you have received our quotation please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss if you have any questions.
5. As soon as the quotation is accepted by you, we will need to know. So we ask you to please contact us to place the order. Our works foreman will (if required) visit the site again to carry out a final site measure before manufacture. This is to double check against either the first site survey or any detail drawings to make sure errors are eliminated.
6. When the item is manufactured we will deliver the item back to your site ready for site fitment.

Finally: We are able to arrange site fitments and final decorations with trusted contractors that we have worked along side with for over 40 years; if this is required we will need to know before the manufacture has started.
